Whispers Across Timelines: Remembering the Many Me’s

Have you ever had the sense that you are being guided by another version of yourself?
As though a future you is whispering in your ear, leaving breadcrumbs for you to find?

I’ve always carried this knowing, that we are multidimensional beings, living life across timelines, simultaneously weaving experiences into the fabric of the now.

One of my most profound initiations into this came through the breath. Not the kind of breathwork that’s wild, intense, or chaotic, but the gentle, reconnective kind that brings you into stillness and presence.

Over eight years ago in Bali, I stepped into my very first breathwork session. I had practiced pranayama during my yoga training and knew the power of breath to steady the body and mind. Pranayama felt like a discipline, structured, intentional, a way of anchoring myself in presence. It worked with the mechanics of the lungs and diaphragm, but also with the subtle currents of energy moving through me.

Yet this breathwork session in Bali was something entirely different. It wasn’t about control or structure. It was gentle, spacious, and surrendering, a doorway that opened not just into calmness, but into visions, timelines, and a sense of myself that stretched far beyond the moment.

That session carried me on a journey through wormholes and silence into radiant light. I found myself observing moments from my life as if watching them play out on a screen: my travels in India at the Sikh temples, the fleeting recognition of a man I had photographed years before, the first gaze into my parents’ eyes from my mother’s womb, the rebirth of my son.

Perhaps you’ve had a moment like this too, a déjà vu, a whisper, or a memory that wasn’t quite yours but felt deeply familiar.

And then came the moment that changed everything. Years before, when birthing my son, I had entered a state of surrender in the midst of intensity, slipping in and out of consciousness, letting go of fear, hearing a whisper of reassurance that all would be well.

In Bali, during that breath journey, I returned to that very birthing suite and that very moment. But this time, I wasn’t the one in labour. I was the witness. I leaned over to my labouring self, clenching and afraid, and whispered: “Everything works out fine. Let go and trust. He is okay. All will be okay”

It was then that I knew, then that I connected the dots: perhaps we are indeed living these lives all at once. Perhaps healing doesn’t move in a straight line, but ripples through every version of us, the inner child, the future self, the mother, the creator. Each breath, each act of awareness, a thread stitching together fragments across time.

Even science whispers to this mystery. Quantum physics has shown us that particles remain mysteriously connected across time and space, influencing one another no matter the distance. Neuroscience shows how breath shifts our brainwaves, unlocking memory, creativity, and deeper states of awareness. If particles and brain states can exist in this way, isn’t it possible our souls do too?

I believe we are collectively touching this knowing more and more. There’s a rising hunger to access our inner selves, to remember what has always been encoded within us. When we pause long enough to listen — through breath, nature, ritual, or even the mirror of another’s eyes, we tap into the undercurrents of consciousness that connect us all.

The glimmers. The triggers. The recognition of another soul. These are threads across timelines, calling us to remember.

This is why my work with hair, ceremony, and cacao is never just about the outer form. Every offering I create is an entry point into this remembrance, a portal for you to meet yourself anew.

  • A cut becomes a shedding and rebirth. A cacao journey becomes a homecoming to your original blueprint.

  • A ritual with rose or lotus becomes a weaving of earth and sky within your own body.

I don’t believe I am teaching anything new. What I share is already alive in you. My role is to hold the space for you to feel it, to trust it, to let those whispers across timelines become a song of remembrance.

So I leave you with this invitation: what if the voice you hear within you, the flashes of memory, the sense of déjà vu, are not random at all? What if they are the threads of you — the breadcrumbs your soul has been leaving across time, guiding you home to yourself?

If you’re feeling the pull to explore your own threads of remembrance, I’d love to hold space for you. Whether through cacao ceremony, hair ritual, or one of my Earth and Sky offerings, these are all portals to connect you back to the multidimensional self you already are.

Warmly
